In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.183 of 2012 in I.D.No. 27/2008 held in
between K. Nuka Raju, S/o Musalaiah, Conductor, APSRTC, Eluru Depot,
Represented by Divisional Secretary, APSRTC Staff & Workers Federation,
