Executive Engineer . 2. And, whereas it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the above said (6) charged officers. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of the said Rules, Government, hereby, appoint Sri S. Prakash, I/C Superintending Engineer, P.J. P. Circle-I, Gadwal as Inquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against the above charged officer. 4. Copies of reports, charge memoranda and Written Statements of Defence submitted by the Accused Officers are forwarded herewith to the Enquiry Officer. The Presenting Officer will produce the other documents relating to the case before the Inquiring Authority. The Enquiry Officer is requested to complete the enquiry and submit his report within two months.
