In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.184 of 2012 in I.D.No. 29/2008 held in
between G.V.N.S. Chandra Rao, S/o China Veranna, Conductor, APSRTC,
T.P. Gudem, Represented by Divisional Secretary, APSRTC, Staff and
Workers Federation, Eluru and the Divisional Manager, APSRTC, Eluru Depot
