O R D E R : Whereas it has come to the notice of the Government that Sri E.Madhusudhan,. Dy. Executive Engineer, has committed serious irregularities in execution of the works pertaining to Sri Yogi Vemana University. 2. And whereas disciplinary proceedings against Sri E.Madhusudhan, Deputy Executive Engineer are contemplated and subsequently Sri A. Surya Babu, Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Chittoor has been appointed as Inquiring Authority to conduct enquiry into the charges framed against Sri E. Madhusudhan, Dy. EE, TGP, GNSS Circle, Srikalahasthi. 3. The Inquiring Authority has submitted enquiry report stating that the charges are held proved against Sri E. Madhusudhan, Dy.EE, GNSS Circle, Srikalahasthi and also requested to take necessary action to recover the unsettled advances from Sri E.Madhusudhan, Dy.EE, GNSS Circle, Srikalahasthi. 4. And whereas the Government being the competent authority after careful consideration of the available material and having due regard to the circumstances of the case, are satisfied that it is necessary to place Sri E.Madhusudhan, Deputy Executive Engineer under suspension pending recovery of the misappropriated amounts. 5. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule-8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby place the said Sri E.Madhusudhan, Deputy Executive Engineer, Telugu Ganga Project, GNSS Circle, Srikalahasti under suspension from the date of communication of this order and he shall continue to be under suspension in public interest until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings. 6. It is further ordered that during the period this order remains in force, Sri E.Madhusudhan, Deputy Executive Engineer, shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining the previous permission of the undersigned. 7. It is further ordered that during the period of suspension, Sri E.Madhusudhan, Deputy Executive Engineer, shall be paid subsistence allowance equivalent to the leave salary on half pay leave. The D.A. and other compensatory allowances shall be paid along with subsistence::2:: allowance. The quantum of subsistence allowance will be reviewed and revised in terms of FR-53 (i) after 3 months.
