Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Lr. No. DCE II/OT4/SO1/KNR/FDR/ Manthani Constituency/2011, dated 21.07.2011 and even No. 28.12.2011. <<00>> ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted the following four (04) Flood Damage Repair estimates to accord administrative approval under Normal State Plan: Rs.in Lakhs S. Mutharam Mandal, Karimnagar District. 3 FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, Parupally 446 Rs. 54.50 Village, Manthani Mutharam Mandal, Acs. Karimnagar District. 4 FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, Maidambanda 130 Rs. 23.40 Village, Manthani Mutharam Mandal, Acs. Karimnagar District. TOTAL Rs. 154.70 lakhs 2. Further he has stated that due to heavy rains during July, 2010, the tank Bunds of the above Tanks are overtopped and sluices were damaged. Weir and apron are washed away. An amount of Rs. 1,59,446/- towards jungle clearance is proposed for the above four works to take up under MGNREGP. Hence he has2 requested to accord administrative approval for the above four works under Normal State Plan funds. 3. Government after careful examination of the mater, hereby accord administrative approval for an amount of Rs.154.70 Lakhs (Rupees one hundred fifty four lakhs and seventy thousand only) for the following four (04) works: Rs.in Lakhs S. Rs. 54.50 Parupally Village, Manthani Mutharam Mandal, Karimnagar District. 4 FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, 130 Acs. Rs. 23.40 Maidambanda Village, Manthani Mutharam Mandal, Karimnagar District. TOTAL Rs. 154.70 lakhs 4. Out of the amount sanctioned in para 3 above, an amount of Rs.153.10552 lakhs shall be debitable to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I MH – 101 – Surface Water GH – 11 Normal State Plan, SH (16) Immediate Restoration of MI sources – 530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure” 5. The Rural Development Department have agreed to include the following work components under shelf of project for taking up it under MGNREGP. Hence, the remaining amount of Rs. 1,59,448/- shall be proposed under MGNREGP funds in consultation with Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department as follows: Tank/Scheme Component Amount FDR to Oora Cheruvu, Vilochavaram (V), Jungle Clearance Rs. 13,241/- Manthani (M), Karimnagar District.3 FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, Khammampally Jungle Clearance Rs. 35,451/- (V), Manthani Mutharam (M), Karimnagar Dist FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, Parupally (V), Jungle Clearance Rs. 97,515/- Manthani Mutharam (M), Karimnagar Dist FDR to Pedda Cheruvu, Maidambanda Jungle Clearance Rs. 13,241/- (V), Manthani Mutharam (M), Karimnagar District. TOTAL Rs, 1,59,448/- 6. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. 7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW) Dept vide U.O. No. 5111/201/A1/Expr.PW/12 dated 1.3.2012 and PR & RD (RD) Dept vide their U.O. No.6867/RD.II/A1/2012, Dated 22.3.2012 .
