State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, A.P., Hyderabad while submitting the detailed proposal, for Construction & Commissioning of Jayanthi LI Scheme, on Kattaleru River in Veerulapadu Mandal of Krishna District, has stated that the Hydrological clearance was accorded for utilizing 58.10 MCFT of water from Kattaleru River in Veerulapadu (M) for creating irrigation potential to an extent of 1800 acres (400 acres ayacut of Ralla tank & Ura tank with 50% supplementation +1400 acres new ayacut) of ayacut. The cost of the project is arrived at Rs.885.00 Lakhs at an average cost of Rs.49,167/- acre. The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.885.00 lakhs under Normal State Plan funds allotted to A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, for the year 2011-12, under Head of Account 4702-MH-101-GH(11)- SH (50) SCP for SCs 530-531. 2) In the reference 4th read above the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation, A.P., Hyderabad has been (PTO)::2:: requested to examine the proposal to explore the possibility to take up the work under MGNREGP. 3) In the reference 5th read above, the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the labour component work under MGNREGP for the entire scheme is worked out the labour component in respect of individual items is less than 40%. However in the approach road work, an amount of Rs.6.144 Lakhs can be proposed under MGNREGP through district administration, and requested the Government to accord Administrative Approval for Construction and Commissioning of Jayanthi LI Scheme on Kattaleru River in Veerulapadu (M) of Krishna District for an amount of Rs.895.30 lakhs under Normal State Plan Funds allocated to APSIDC for the year 2011-2012, under Head of Account 4702-MH- 101-GH(11)-SH (50) SCP for SCs 530-531. 4) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord administrative approval to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.895.30 Lakhs (Rupees eight hundred ninety five Lakhs and thirty thousand only) out of which Rs.889.156 Lakhs (Rupees eight hundred eighty nine lakhs fifteen thousands and six hundred only) shall be met out of Normal State Plan funds available with A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation. 5) The expenditure sanction in para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “4702-MH-(101)-GH (11)-SH (50) SCP for SCs 530/531”. 6) The Rural Development Department have agreed to include the component of approach road work under the shelf of project for taking up it under MGNREGP. Hence expenditure for the remaining amount of Rs. 6.144 Lakhs (Rupees Six lakhs Fourteen Thousand and Four hundred only) for the component of approach road work shall be met from out of the MGNREGP funds. 7) The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.
