NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.186 of 2012 in I.D.No. 34/2008 held in
between K. Subrahmanyam, Conductor, Nellore-I Depot, represented by
Joint Secretary, APSRTC, Staff and Workers Federation, Nellore-II Depot and
the Regional Manager, APSRTC, Nellore Region, Nellore be published on the
Notice Board of the Labour Court, Guntur.
