In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.187 of 2012 in I.D.No. 78/2008 held in
between K.S.V. PrasadDriver, APSRTC, Vijayawada Depot, Represented by
the Regional Joint Secretary, NMU, Krishna Region and the Depot Manager,
APSRTC, Vijayawada Depot, Krishna District and two others be published on
the Notice Board of the Labour Court, Guntur.
