NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.188 of 2012 in I.D.No. 79/2008 held in
between Sri N.Ch.Venkateswarlu, Conductor, Giddalur Depot, Represented
by the Depot Secretary, APSRTC, NMU, Giddalur Depot and the Regional
Manager, APSRTC, Prakasham Region, Ongole be published on the Notice
Board of the Labour Court, Guntur.
