1 GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Minor Irrigation – Nalgonda District - Construction of Damaged pick up Weir across Local Stream at Peepalpahad Village and pipe culvert on Feeder Channel at Peepalpahad Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District District – Administrative Approval for Rs.19.20 lakhs – Accorded – Orders – Issued. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = IRRIGATION & CAD (MI T) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 359 Dated 28.3.2012 Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Letter No. No. DCE- II/OT1/SO1/P.U.Wer/ Peepalpahad (V)/ Choutuppal (M)/Nlg.Dist/2010, dated 30.11.2010 and even No. dated 3.2.2012. @@@ ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad has submitted an proposal for the work “Construction of Damaged pick up Weir across Local Stream at Peepalpahad Village and Pipe Culvert on Feeder Channel at Peepalpahad Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District” to accord administrative approval for Rs.19.60 lakhs stating that the estimate is prepared on the request of the ryots for recharging the bore wells and open wells to benefit 200 Acres ayacut. Further, he has stated that no component to be taken up under MGNREGS. Hence, he has requested to accord administrative approval for the work under Normal State Plan funds.. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs.19.20 lakhs (Rupees nineteen lakhs and twenty thousand only) for the work “Construction of Damaged pick up Weir across Local Stream at Peepalpahad Village and pipe culvert on Feeder Channel at Peepalpahad Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District “ duly reducing the cost of cement rate. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debitable to the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI - MH (101) Surface Water - GH (11) Normal State Plan SH – (12) Construction & Restoration of MI sources – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure”. 4.
