Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner, Hyderabad, Lr.No.D/15493/2011, dated: 02.02.2012. *** Whereas in the G.O. second read above, charges have framed against Sri. Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Welfare Board and for not initiating any action on annual and audit reports for which laying on the table of legislative assembly as per 14(2) of AP CWR Act, 1987. And whereas, in the letter third read above Sri. Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner has submitted his written statement of defence. And whereas, Government after examination of the written statement of defence have decided to initiate departmental action against Sri. Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Welfare Board. Now, therefore, Government hereby appoint Sri Y. Surya Prasad, Additional Commissioner of Labour (I/c) O/o Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Enquiry Officer under sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules,1991 to enquire and report on the charges framed against Sri. Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Welfare Board and to submit the report along with findings duly following the procedure within (30) days.
