Pandu Ranga Raju, Welfare Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Welfare Board. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby appoint Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Admn), O/o the Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad as Presenting Officer under Rule 20 (5) (c) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 to present the case on behalf of the Government before the Enquiry Authority in the disciplinary case appointed in the G.O. 4th read above. The Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Admn) O/o the Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad is instructed to submit the relevant records / documents as and when required and assist the Enquiry Authority for early completion of the enquiry.
