From Sri K.Satyanarayana, i/c EE (Rtd) representation, dated 28.1.2012. << >> ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued sanctioning provisional pension to Sri K.Satyanarayana, incharge Executive Engineer (Retd), to an extent of 75% of the superannuation pension to which he would have been eligible, as certain charges are pending against him. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri K.Satyanarayana , Incharge Executive Engineer (Retd) has represented to enhance his provisional pension to an extent of 90% from 75% as he is facing financial problems. Government, after careful examination of the entire issue have decided to enhance the provisional pension of Sri K.Satyanarayana, Incharge Executive Engineer (Retd) to an extent of 90% from 75% of the superannuation pension to which he would have been eligible, pending finalization of the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him. The payment of entire DCRG admissible to the above retired incharge Executive Engineer shall be withheld till the final orders in the disciplinary case pending against him are issued. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
