From the COL., J1/14000/2009, dated: 22.02.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas in the G.O. second read above, charges have framed against Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, formerly at Tirupathi and now at Kadapa for disobedience of the orders of Government. 2. And whereas, in the letter third read above, Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour has submitted his written statement of defence. 3. And whereas, Government after examination of the written statement of defence have decided to initiate departmental action against Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour. 4. Whereas in the GO 4th read above, orders were issued appointing Sri H.K.Nagu, the then Additional Commissioner of Labour, O/o the Commissioner of Labour as Enquiry Officer to conduct regular enquiry against Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour. 5. Sri H.K. Nagu, the then Additional Commissioner of Labour O/o of the Commissioner of Labour has retired from service on 31.01.2012 on attaining the age of suprannuation and he has not completed the enquiry during his service. 6. Government, therefore, have decided to appoint the Additional Commissioner of Labour (i/c) O/o the Commissioner of Labour as the Enquiry Officer. 7. Accordingly, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under sub rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 and in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. 4th read above hereby appoint Additional Commissioner of Labour (i/c) O/o the Commissioner of Labour by designation as enquiry officer to conduct regular enquiry against Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour and submit report with findings duly following the procedure within(30) days.
