Roc.No.10501/C3/2010-1-4, 5(2) dated: 03.11.2011, 05.11.2011 & 15.11.2011. <<<>>> O R D E R: In the reference first read above, orders were issued introducing Automatic Advancement Scheme with effect from 01.04.1981 and as per the recommendations of 9th Pay Revision Commission, modified Automatic Advancement Scheme orders were issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 93 Finance (PC-II) Department, dated 03.04.2010 w.e.f. 01.07.2008, to those who have completed 8 years /16years/ 24 years of service in a particular scale / category making then eligible for S.G. / S.P.P-I/ S.P.P.-II scales respectively subject to the conditions specified therein. 2. The pay of the individuals on appointment to SG scale shall be regulated under F.R.22 (a) (i) read with FR. 31(2). 3. As per the Service Register the service particulars of the individuals in the category of Deputy Directors are as follows: Sl. In view of the above statement, all the Six Officers have completed 8 years of incremental service in the category of Deputy Directors as mentioned at Column No.4 (Para 3 above) on or before 31-01-2010. Hence, they come in purview of the Automatic Advancement Scheme (i.,e 8/16/24 years) vide G.O.Ms.No.93 Fin.(PC.II) Department, dt. 03-04-2010, and the above Officers are eligible for sanction of Special Grade scale in the category of Deputy Director, in the pay scale of Rs. 23650 – 49360 (RPS – 2010) w.e.f. dates mentioned at Column No.5 (para 3 above) and their pay shall be regulated in the category of Deputy Director (Special Grade) in the above scale. The monetary benefit on appointment to the Automatic Advancement Scheme scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010, shall accrue from 01-02-2010. The arrears of salary as a result of appointment to Automatic Advancement Scheme scales for the month of February, 2010 shall be credited to the General Provident Fund Account and the amounts will be paid in cash from the month of March, 2010. 5. Hence, Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to fix the above officers pay duly making necessary entries in the S.Rs of the Officers in the category of Deputy Director State Audit (S.G.) i.e. Rs.23650-49360 (RPS-2010) subject to the conditions specified in G.O.Ms.No.93, Finance (PC-II) Department, dated: 03.04.2010. 6. Further, the Officers are informed that, if any excess payment is noticed on a later date due to erroneous fixation of pay in contravention of these rules, it will be recovered from them without prior notice. 7.
