In view of the retirement of Sri H.K.Nagu, Additional Commissioner of Labour o/o Commissioner of Labour on 31.01.2012 on attaining the age of suprannuation, Government have appointed vide 4th read above the Additional Commissioner of Labour (i/c) O/o the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Enquiry Officer into the allegations of disobedience of orders of Government against Sri M. Rajendran, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Kadapa 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby appoint the Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Admn) O/o the Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad by designation as Presenting Officer in place of Sri. A. Mohan Rao, Assistant Commissioner of Labour who has been transferred to Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Works & Sewerage Board under Rule 20 (5) (c) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 to present the case on behalf of the Government before the Enquiry Authority in the disciplinary case appointed in the G.O.4th read above. 4. The Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Admn) O/o the Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad is instructed to submit the relevant records / documents as and when required and assist the Enquiry Authority for early completion of the enquiry. 5.
