Note No.10/CCS.II/04, Finance(CCS.II) Deptt., Dt.02.08.2004. * * $ * * ORDER:- Under clause(4) of Section-3 of the A.P. Payment of Salaries and Removal of Disqualification Act, 1953, (Act.II of 1954) Income Tax in respect of Sri Danam Nagender, Hon’ble Minister for LETFB & ITIs, shall be paid by the State Government taking into consideration the salary including all allowances. 2. Accordingly, the rule position mentioned above, the Income Tax for an amount of Rs.1,33,011-00 (Rupees One lakh Thirty Three thousand and Eleven only) is due and to be paid for the Financial Year 2011-12 in respect of Sri Danam Nagender, Hon’ble Minister of LETFB & ITIs. 3. Consequent on the decision taken for payment of total tax at the end of the Financial Year, it is decided to pay tax on the salary paid for the period from March, 2011 to February, 2012. 4. Under clause(3) of the A.P. Payment of Salaries and removal of disqualifications Act, 1953, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,33,011-00 (Rupees One lakh Thirty Three thousand and Eleven only) as Income Tax for the period from March, 2011 to February, 2012 payable to the Deputy commissioner of Income Tax, TDS, Circle-14(2), Ayakar Bhavan, Hyderabad towards Income Tax payable by the Government on behalf of the Hon’ble Minister for LETFB & ITIs. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to “2013- Council of Ministers; MH-101 Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers; SH(04)- Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers, 010- Salaries-011 Pay”. 6. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad may be requested to issue a cheque as sanction in para (4) above, in favour Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad vide Account No. 62004927520, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad” towards payment of Income Tax on behalf of the Hob’ble Ministers of Revenue Dept., to Dy. Commr. Of I.T., TDS Circle-14(2), Ayakar Bhavan, Hyderabad by way of Challan. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under the rules / orders in force on the subject.
