The following notification will be published in the next issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In the Circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful
examination hereby declared M/s LANCO Industries Limited, Rachagunneri,
Chittoor District as Public Utility Services in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) for a period of six months from the date of issue of
