Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No. 610 I & CAD (MI II)) Deptt., dated 13.6.2011. 2. From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Lr. No. DCE Spl.Cell/OT(T)/AEE2/SCP/Wrl/CD/Jalapally-2011, dated 25.1.2012. <oo> ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have sanctioned the work “Construction of Check Dam across Peddavagu near Jalapally village, Maddur Mandal under Special Component Planfor an amount of Rs. 193.75 lakhs. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted revised estimate for work Construction of Check Dam across Peddavagu near Jalapally village, Maddur Mandal Warangal District for Rs. 306.75 lakhs stating that Government have accorded administrative approval for Rs. 193.75 lakhs under SCP for the above work vide G.O.Rt.No. 610 dated 13.6.2011. While submitting the estimate for administrative approval, the DPR was prepared based on the approved drawing from Superintending Engineer, Special Design circle, Hyderabad for Check dam across Akeru River near Uggampally village, Chennaraopet Mandal. After obtaining sanction from the government, the Superintending Engineer has obtained approved designs and drawings from Chief Engineer, CDO. Therefore, the estimate is recasted based on the approved drawings of CE, CDO with the current SSR 2011-12 and latest rates of cement and steel for Rs. 306.75 lakhs. Hence, he has requested to accord revised administrative approval for Rs. 306.75 lakhs for the above work under SCP funds. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for Rs. 306.75 lakhs (Rupees three hundred and six lakhs and seventy five thousand only) for the work “Construction of Check Dam across Peddavagu near Jalapally village, Maddur Mandal, Warangal District” duly directing the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation to take action as per G.O.Ms.No. 94 I & CAD Dpett., dated 1.7.2003, as there is Land Acquisition. p.t.o. -2- 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debitale to the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI Schemes – MH 789 SCP – GH (11) Normal State Plan – SH (12) Construction and Restoration of MI Schemes – 530 Minor Works - 531 OE.” 5., This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW) Deptt. Vide their U.O. No.5747/224//A1/Expr.PW/12 dated 13.3.2012.
