GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Minor Irrigation – Mahabubnagar District - “FDR (Breach Filling) to Kotha Cheru at Kyathur Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District – Administrative Approval for Rs.40.00 lakhs – Accorded – Orders – Issued. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = IRRIGATION & CAD (MI T) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 378 Dated: 29.3.2012 Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Letter No. DCE-II - OT1 - SO1 Kotha Cheru – Kyathur(V) – Alampur(M) - MBNR Dist / 2011, Dated 5.7.2011 and even No. Dated 20.1.2012. @@@ ORDER: In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad has submitted. an estimate for Rs.40.00 lakhs for the work “FDR (Breach Filling) to Kotha Cheru at Kyathur Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District” stating that the tank is having a settled ayacut of 173.36 Acres. Due to heavy rains on 2.10.2009, damages occurred to the bund portion at Ch 42.85 to Ch 44.35. The damages are reported to the higher authorities. The site was inspected by the EE, I.B Division, Wanaparthy on 17.9.2010. Hence, the estimate is prepared for strengthening of bund. Further, the CE/MI has stated that an amount of Rs.60,366/- for the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes could be taken up under MGNREGP. Hence he has requested to accord administrative approval in the matter. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs.40.00 lakhs (Rupees forty lakhs only) for the work “FDR (Breach Filling) to Kotha Cheru at Kyathur Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District”. 3. Out of the amount sanctioned in para 2 above, an amount of Rs.39.396 lakhs shall be debitable to the Head of Account “4702 – MH.101 – GH.11 – SH (16) Immediate Restoration of M.I.Sources – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure”. 4. The Rural Development Department have agreed to include the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes under shelf of project for taking it under MGNREGP. Hence, the remaining amount of Rs.60,400/-(Sixty thousand and four hundred only) for the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes shall be proposed under MGNREGP funds duly including under shelf of project in consultation with Rural Development Department. (PTO)5. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.3517/147/A1/Expr.PW/12, Dated 21.2.2012 and PR & RD (RD) Department vide their U.O.No.7579/RD.II/A1/2012, Dated 29.3.2012.
