Read:- From the VC &MD, APSIDC, Hyderabad, Letter No. IDC/MD/ Tech/DEE4/Konduru LIS/2011-2012/4609, dated: 04.02.2012. <<<>>> O R D E R:- In the reference read above the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the CJFS (Central Co-op Joint Farming Society) land holders of Konduru village of Tada Mandal in Nellore District have requested for providing irrigation facilities to an extent of 107 acres belonging to SC, ST and BC families by constructing a lift irrigation scheme from Kalangi River in Tada Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. The Hydrological clearance has been accorded by the Engineer-in-Chief for utilizing 13.40 Mcft of water for creating an irrigation potential to an extent of 107 acres Khariff wet for the proposed “Konduru Lift Irrigation scheme on Kalangi River in Tada Mandal of Nellore District”. Further he has stated that the labour component for the entire scheme is worked to 4.61% in respect of L.I. Scheme. The labour component for the work of site clearance for a value of Rs.10,000/- could be taken up under MGNREGP duly following the procedure. 2) The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while submitting the estimates and check slip requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.106.80 lakhs for Construction & Commissioning of Konduru Lift Irrigation Scheme on Kalangi River in Tada Mandal of SPSR Nellore District to create irrigation potential of 107 acres/Khariff wet under Normal State Plan funds (SCSP) allotted to APSIDC for the year 2011-12 under Head of Account 4702-MH- 101-GH-(11)-SH(50)-530-531, duly deleting Rs.10,000/- for the work of site clearance from the proposal. 3) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord administrative approval to the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development (PTO)::2:: Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.106.80 lakhs (Rupees one hundred and six lakhs and eighty thousands only) out of which an amount of Rs.106.70 lakhs (Rupees One Hundred and Six lakhs and Seventy thousands only) shall be met out of state funds available with APSIDC Limited for Construction & Commission of Konduru Lift Irrigation Scheme on Kalangi River in Tada Mandal of SPSR Nellore District. 4) The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) shall be debited to under Head of Account 4702-MH-101-GH-(11)-SH(50)-530-531. 5) The Rural Development Department have agreed to the work of site clearance component under the shelf of project for taking up it under MGNREGP. Hence expenditure for the remaining amount of Rs.10,000/- for the component of site clearance shall be met from out of the MGNREGP funds duly including it in the shelf of projects in consultation with Rural Development Department. 6) The VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter. 7) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.5995/231/A1/Expr.PW/2012, dated:13.03.2012, and PR &RD Department U.O.No.7578/RD.II/A1/2012, dated:29.03.2012.
