Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.396/- (Rupees Three
Hundred and Ninety Six Only) to M/s Vodafone Essar South Limited towards the monthly bill on
the following Govt. Cell Phone being used by the Assistant Secretary of the department for the
period mentioned in the table below. The bill is within the ceiling limit.
