In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 06/03/2012 from the Lok Adalat
Bench, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 121 of 2011 held in between
Sri M. Kurumurthy, S/o Buchanna, Ex-Contract Driver, APSRTC,
Thandoor Bus Depot and the Depot Manager, APSRTC, Thandoor Bus
