No.IDC/MD/Tech/Arikirevula LIS-/11-12/806, dated: 31.05.2011. 3. From the V.C & M.D, APSIDC Lr. No.IDC/MD/SE/Tech/Arikirevula LIS-/11- 12/3978, dated: 29.12.2011. *** ORDER: In the references read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSIDC has stated that the Government have accorded administrative approval to the Work of C&C of Arikirevula L.I Scheme on Godavari River in Kovvuru Mandal, West Godavari District for Rs.1526.40 lakhs to irrigate an ayacut of 4950 acres under RIDF-X, vide G.O.Ms.No.83, dt:03.05.2005. The C&C works were entrusted to M/s Koya & Co, Hyderabad for a value of Rs.11.67 Crores @ (+) 4.0% excess over ECV on e-procurement platform. The site was handed over on 20.03.2006 with completion period of 16 months. The contractor has completed maximum works and due to obstructions raised by the land holders (Non ayacutdars), the laying and joining work of main gravity Main was not taken up by the contractor. Mean while, the RIDF-X Tranche was closed by 3/2010 and claims as on 31.03.2010 were reimbursed by 30.06.2010. 2. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director while furnishing the Revised Estimate for Rs.1626.58 Lakhs has stated that due to land dispute, the balance works are pending, and the contracts are still subsisting and propose to get the works done under the same contracts, since the work is entrusted to turn key basis. Presently, the contract period time extended up to 31.12.2012 on the request of the agency. 3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSIDC has therefore, requested the Government to accord Revised administrative approval for an amount of Rs.1626.58 lakhs in order to execute the balance work worth of Rs.401.26 lakhs under State plan funds of APSIDC for the above work. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for Rs.1626.58 Lakhs (Rupees Sixteen crores twenty six lakhs and fifty eight thousands only) for the work of C&C of Arikirevula L.I Scheme on Godavari River in Kovvuru Mandal, West Godavari District in order to execute the balance works worth of Rs.401.26 ( Four crores one lakh and twenty six thousands only) lakhs under State Plan funds of APSIDC for the year 2011-12. 5. The Expenditure for the said work may be chargeable to the Head of account “4702- MH 101-GH (11) – SH (15) – Lift Irrigation works 530-531”. 6. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSIDC is requested to take further necessary action accordingly. 7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. P.W) Dept. vide their U.O.
