O R D E R:-
In the reference 1st read above the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation
Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while submitting the
estimates for Renovation of Annamarajuvalasa and Pittadavalasa L.I.
Schemes in Vizianagaram District has stated that the total ayacut under the
said schemes pertains to SC beneficiaries. At Present the total ayacut under
the schemes is not being irrigated due to intake problems leakages in pressure
main, shortage of gravity main etc., and requested the Government to accord
administrative approval for an amount of Rs.21.42 lakhs (Rs.9.25 lakhs for
Pittadavalasa and Rs.12.57 lakhs for Annamarajuvalasa LI Schemes) under
Normal State Plan funds allotted to APSIDC Hyderabad with permission to
book the expenditure under Head of Account 4702-MH-101 Surface Water,
SH (50) SCP for SCs -530 Major works 531 other expenditure.
2) In the reference 2nd read above, the estimates were returned to
the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited,
Hyderabad with certain observations and requested for revised proposals.
3) In the reference 5th read above, the VC & MD, A.P. State
Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has furnished the
(PTO)::2::
revised proposal for renovation of Annamarajuvalasa and Pittadavalasa L.I.
Schemes of Vizianagaram District, and requested the Government to accord
administrative approval for an amount of Rs. 30.20 lakhs ( Rs.18.05 lakhs for
Annamarajuvalasa LI Scheme and Rs.12.15 lakhs for Pittadavalasa LI
Scheme) to stabilize an ayacut of 115 acres under State Plan (SCP Works)
funds allotted APSIDC for the year 2011-12 under Head of Account 4702-
MH-101-GH (11)-SH(50) SCP for SC’s 530/531.
4) Government after careful examination hereby accord permission to
the VC&MD, APSIDC, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 30.20 lakhs (Rupees
thirty lakhs and twenty thousands only) for Renovation works of two LI
Schemes viz Rs.18.05 lakhs for Annamarajuvalasa L.I. Scheme, and Rs.
12.15 lakhs for Pittadavalasa L.I. Scheme of Vizianagaram District.
5) The expenditure sanctioned in para (4) shall be debited under Head
of Account “4702-MH-101-GH(11)-SH(50) SCP for SC’s 530/531”.
6) The VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation
Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
7) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW)
Department vide their U.O.No.6997/261/A1/Expr.PW/2012, dt: 20.03.2012.
