LABOUR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING & FACTORIES (IMS) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 385 Dated:29.03.2012 Read: From DIMS Lr.Rc.No.5158/E1A/2011, Dated:08.12.11 & 10.02.12 & & & O R D E R: In the reference read above, the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that the Dr.Ch.Srikanth, CAS, ESI Dispensary, Chittivalasa is selected in P.G Degree Course in MD (Anaesthesia) at Maharaja Institute of Medical Sciences, Nellimarla,Vijayanagaram Dist under service quota for the academic year 01-07-2011 to 30-06-2014 and the Medical Officer has not studied any P.G. Diploma / Degrees Course before entry into Government service or after entry into Government service. The DIMS has requested the Government to sanction deputation for a period of 3 years with pay & allowances for their P.G Degree Course for the academic years 2011-2014 as in-service candidate, so as to enable to continue her studies. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad to sanction deputation with pay and allowances to Dr.Ch.Srikanth, CAS, ESI Dispensary, Chittivalasa to Prosecute his P.G.Course in MD (Anaesthesia) at Maharaja Institute of Medical Sciences, Nellimarla,Vijayanagaram Dist for a period of three(3) years w.e.f.01- 07-2011 to 30-06-2014 as in-service candidate as per G.O.Ms.No.260,H.M&FW(E2) Dept. dt.10.07.1997 read with G.O.Ms.No.279, HM & FW (2) Dept., dated:09.07.2001& G.O.Ms.No.719, HM&FW(E2) Dept dt. 16- 12-2003. 3. The period of absence of the Medical Officers during study of their P.G Course shall be treated as on duty under F.R 9(6) (b). 4. The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
