ORDER:
Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil
Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,1991 is being held
against the following officers:
1. Sri A. Sudhakar Reddy, Dy.EE & EE(A/C), TGP Division, Nandyal
2. Sri N. Manohar Raju, Dy.EE, TGP Sub Division, Nandyal
3. Sri V. Kishore, AEE, TGP Sub- Division, Nandyal
4. Sri G. Mallikarjuna Rao, AE, TGP Sub- Division, Nandyal
5. Sri B. Venkateswarlu Chetty, AE, TGP Sub- Division, Nandyal
6. Sri L.V. Subba Reddy, AEE, TGP Sub- Division, Nandyal
7. Sri L. Uma Maheswar Rao, Superintending Engineer (Retd.)
2. Where as Sri Jitender, I.P.S. Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD
was appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed
against said officers vide reference 3rd read above;
3. And whereas in the reference 4th read above, the GA(CIO-R)
Department has informed that the case was reassigning to Dr. Prem
Chand, IAS(Retd.), Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to
inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers and
requested to issue orders accordingly.
,4. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub – rule (2) read with sub-rule (22) of rule – 20 the
APCS(CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Dr. Prem Chand, IAS(Retd.)::2::
Commissioner of Inquiries, GA Department, as Inquiring authority in
place of Sri Jitender, I.P.S. COI to inquire into the charges framed
against the said officers in para 1 above.
