State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the following LI Schemes in Krishna District require renovation (RNL) and the detailed estimates are prepared duly following the guide lines issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.162, dated: 28.11.2011. Further he has stated that all LI Schemes have completed more than 7 years, except the L.I. Scheme at Sl. No.(10) in the list i.e. Eturu LI Scheme and the beneficiary committees of the above all LI Schemes are willing to contribute 10% cost of repairs or 50% of Corpus fund. Sl. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while enclosing the estimates for the said Proposed LI Schemes, has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for all (10) LI Schemes in Krishna District for an amount of Rs.108.49 lakhs to stabilize an ayacut of 4797 acres under State Plan funds allotted to APSIDC for the year 2011-2012 under Head of Account 4702 –MH-101 surface water-GH 11-SH(17) need based Schemes to LIS-530-531. 3) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord administrative approval to the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 82.40 lakhs (Rupees eighty two lakhs and forty thousands only ) for renovation of (9) LI Schemes as mentioned in the Annexure to this order, duly deleting the L.I. Scheme mentioned in Eturu LI Scheme, Out of the sanctioned amount of Rs.82.40 Lakhs, an amount of Rs. 74.16 lakhs may be debited to the under Head of Account “4702-MH-101 Surface water- GH-11-SH(17) need based schemes to LIS-530-531 OE”, and the remaining amount of Rs.8.24 lakhs shall be collected from the beneficiary committees of respective L.I. Schemes as their 10% contribution. 4) The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter.
