ORDER:
Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil
Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held
against the following Engineers of I&CAD Department.
1 Sri M. Rajender Reddy, EE Presently CE (Retd.)
2. Sri J.S. Sunderam, EE
3. Sri B. Balasiddu, Dy.EE
4. Sri Safda Ali, Dy.EE.
5. Sri V. Rama Chandraiah, AE
6. Sri D. Devender, AE
7. Sri M. Shankar, AEE
8. Sri P. Arjun, AEE
9. Sri K. Bala Raju, AEE
2. Where as Sri jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD was
appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed
against said officers vide reference 3rd read above;
3. And whereas in the reference 4th read above, the GA(CIO-R)
Department has informed that the case was reassigning to Sri Prem
Chand, IAS(Retd.), Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to
inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers and
requested to issue orders accordingly.
4. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub – rule (2) read with sub-rule (22) of rule – 20 the
APCS(CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Dr. Prem Chand, IAS(Retd.)
Commissioner of Inquiries, GA Department, as Inquiring authority in::2::
place of Sri Jitender, IPS, COI to inquire into the charges framed against
the said officers in para 1 above.
