No.IDC/ MD/Tech/DEE1/Renovation LIS/(SCP)/2011-12/4585, dt:03.02.2012. <<<>>> O R D E R:- In the reference 3rd read above, the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while submitting the estimate for Revival of Ponnavaram IFW Scheme in Krishna District, has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for an amount Rs.3.98 Lakhs for revival of Ponnavaram IFW Scheme in Krishna District under Normal State Plan funds allotted to APSIDC, Hyderabad with permission to book the expenditure under Head of Account “4702-MH-101 Surface Water, SH (50) SCP for SCs -530 Major works 531 other expenditure”. 2) Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative approval to the VC&MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 3.98 lakhs (Rupees three lakhs and ninety eight thousands only) for Ponnavaram IFW Scheme in Krishna District, to stabilize an ayacut of 64 acres, out of which an amount of Rs.3,58,200/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty eight thousands and two hundred only) shall be met out of Normal (PTO)::2:: State Plan funds available with APSIDC for the year 2011-2012 under Head of account “4702-MH-101-GH (11) SH(50) SCP for SCs-530- 531” and the remaining amount of Rs.39,800 i.e 10% of beneficiary contribution shall be collected from the beneficiary committee of the Ponnavaram IFW Scheme. 3) The VC&MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 4) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.6757/249/A1/Expr.PW/2012, dated: 16.03.2012.
