State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the Kotikalapudi L.I.Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District requires revival. The scheme has completed more than 7 years, from the date of commissioning. Further the beneficiary committee is willing to contribute 10% cost of repairs or 50% of Corpus Fund. The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while submitting the detailed estimate, has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for an amount of Rs.9.08 lakhs for Revival of Kotikalapudi L.I.Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District under Normal State Plan funds allotted to APSIDC Hyderabad with permission to book the expenditure under Head of Account 4702-MH-101 Surface Water GH(11)- SH (50) SCP for SCs -530 Major works 531 other expenditure to stabilize an ayacut of 190 acres. 2) Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative approval to the VC&MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 9.08 lakhs (Rupees nine lakhs and eight thousands only) for Revival of Kotikalapudi L.I.Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District , out of which an amount of Rs.8.18 lakhs (Rupees eight lakhs and eighteen thousand only) shall be debited to Head of Account 4702-MH-101 Surface Water GH(11)- SH (50) SCP for SCs -530 Major works 531 other expenditure, and the remaining amount of Rs.0.90 lakhs shall be collected from the beneficiary committee of the Kotikalapudi L.I. Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District as their 10% contribution.
