Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.162, I&CAD(MI.G1) Dept.dt:28.11.2011. 2) Govt.Memo.No.21775/MI.G1/2011, dt:28.11.2011. 3) From the VC &MD APSIDC Ltd., Hyderabad Letter No. IDC/MD/Tech/DEE.4/RNL/2011-2012/4657,dt:7.2.2012 <<<>>> ORDER:- In the reference 3rd read above, the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the (1) Teddupadu LIS No - II (2) Teddupadu LI No.1 of Duttaluru Mandal and Puritipalem L.I. Scheme, Guduru Mandal of SPSR Nellore District need revival and he has prepared the estimates with SSR 2011-12 duly following the guidelines issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above. 2) The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while submitting the estimates has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for revival of above 3 no’s L.I. Schemes in SPSR Nellore District for Rs.93.70 lakhs (Rs. 21.30 lakhs for Teddupadu LIS-II, Rs. 14.30 lakhs for Teddupadu LIS-I and Rs. 58.10 lakhs for Puritipalem LIS) to get an ayacut of 255 acres under irrigation under State Plan Funds (SCP) allotted to APSIDC for the year 2011-2012 under Head of account 4702 MH-101-Surface Water -GH-11 Normal State Plan-SH(50)SCP for SCs- 530 Major Works-531 other expenditure. 3) Government after careful examination, observed that the Teddupadu LIS-II and Teddupadu LIS-I do not fall within the modified guidelines prepared by the I &CAD Department, and decided to defer those two proposals, and accord the administrative approval to the VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, (PTO)::2:: Hyderabad for Rs.58.10 lakhs (Rupees Fifty Eight lakhs and Ten Thousands only) for revival of Puritipalem L.I.Scheme, Guduru Mandal of SPSR Nellore District. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) shall be debited to the under Head of Account 4702 –MH-101- Surface Water-GH-11-Normal State Plan-SH(50) SCP for SCs-530 Major works-531 other expenditure. 5) The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter. 6) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.7001/263/A1/Exp.PW/2012, dated: 20.3.2012.
