1 GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Minor Irrigation – Mahabubnagar District - Formation of new feeder channel from existing anicut across Chinna Vagu near Thommidi Rekula Village to feed Sahadeva Samudram, Veljal Village, Talakondapally Mandal, Mahabubnagar District – Stage-I Administrative Approval for Rs.104.00 lakhs – Accorded – Orders – Issued. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = IRRIGATION & CAD (MI T) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 398 Dated 31.3.2012 Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad letter No.DCE (MI) / OT3 / T2 / Est / Feeder Channel to Sahadeva Samudram/11, dated 21.12.2011. @@@ ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad has submitted an estimate for the work Formation of new feeder channel from existing anicut across Chinna Vagu near Thommidi Rekula Villagel to feed Sahadeva Samudram, Veljal Village, Talakondapally Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District for Rs. 241.00 lakhs stating that the estimate is prepared as per current SSR 2011- 12 to irrigate the gap ayacut of 273 acres. Hydrological clearance is accorded for utilization of 22.45 Mcft of water to irrigate an ayacyut of 273 acres in khariff ID pattern in K7 Lower Krishna Basin. The work was sanctioned under RIDF IX for Rs.82.65 lakhs. The Contractor could not start the work due to Land Acquisition, as the land rates were very high and the villagers were not willing to receive lesser amount proposed in the estimate. On the request of the Contractor, the work was closed as per clause 58 of APDSS. Now the farmers requested for the revival of the scheme, as they realized the need of water and land rates also came down. Hence, he has requested to accord administrative approval for Rs.241.00 lakhs for the above work. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Stage-I administrative approval for an amount Rs.104.00 lakhs (Rupees one hundred and four lakhs only) towards Land Acquisition for the work “Formation of new feeder channel from existing anicut across Chinna Vagu near Thommidi Rekula Village to feed Sahadeva Samudram, Veljal Village, Talakondapally Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District”. (PTO)2 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debitable to the Head of Account ““4702 -MH.101 – GH.11 – SH (12) C & R of M.I sources – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure”. 4.
