No. 1071, I&CAD (M.I.G0 Dept., Dt: 22.10.2011 3. From the Chief Engineer, Minor irrigation, Hyd., lr.No. DCE- II / OT4 / SOI / NABARD-RIDF-XII / RALLAVAGU / NZB/ Apprl / Re-revised Estimate / 2011, Dt: 01.12.2011. ------- ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded revised administrative approval for Rs.2388.80 lakhs for the work formation of reservoir across Peddavagu (Rallavagu project), Konapur (V), Kamarapally (M), Nizambad District. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have also accorded administrative approval for an amount of Rs. 1,18,23,789/- for the above work under the Head of account 4702 COL on M.I., M.H-101 Surface Water – GH (11) Normal State Plan SH (12) – Construction of Minor Irrigation Sources – 530-531 other expenditure. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, has stated that in order to implement the Hon’ble High Court Orders and for arranging the payment to the agency, the re-revised administrative approval duly clubbing the amounts for which sanction is accorded is required and the details are as follows: 1. G.O. Ms. No. 172 I & CAD (PW:EA) Dept., Dt: 23.08.2008 (Revised Administrative Approval for Rs.2388.806 Lakhs for Rs.23, 88, 80,600.00 Work portion including deviations) 2. G. O. Rt .No. 1071 I&CAD (MIG) Dept., dated 22.10.2011 (for implementation of Hon’ble High Court Orders in WP. MP. NO. 16239 of 2010 in W.P.No.12889 of 2010 for the Rs,1,18,23,789.00 Work executed beyond the agreement period with relevant SS Rates work out to 75% contractor claim as mentioned in the G.O.) Total: Rs.25,07,04,389.00 P.T.O-2- 4. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has therefore requested the Government to communicate the re-revised administrative approval for the above work to an amount of Rs.25,07,04,389/- so as to facilitate to make the payment and to implement the Hon’ble High Court orders duly restricting 75% of contractor’s claim. 5. Government after careful consideration hereby accorded re-revised administrative approval for a total amount of Rs.25,07,04,389/- (Rupees Twenty five crores, seven lakhs four thousand three hundred and eighty nine only) duly clubbing the amounts already sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No172, I & CAD (PW:EA) Department, dated:23.08.2008 (for Rs.23,88,80,600/-) and G.O.Rt.No.1071, I & CAD (MIG) Department, dated:22.10.2011 (for Rs.1,18,23,789/-) for the work of construction of Reservoir across Pedda Vagu (Rallavagu project), Konapur (V), Kammarapally (M), Nizambad District and the amount may be chargeble to the following Head of Accounts :- ( i.) For Rs. 13,32,00,000 debitable to “ 4702 COL on M.I.M.H. – 101 Surface Water – GH (07) RIDF, S/H (10) M.I. works, 530 Minor works, 531 other expenditure under RIDF program of NABARD financial assistance” and (ii.) For the balance amount of Rs.11,75,04,389.00 debitable to “4702 COL on M.I.M.H -101 Surface Water – GH (11) Normal State Plan SH (12) – Construction & Restoration of Minor Irrigation Sources – 530 Major works 531 other expenditure”. 6. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation is requested to take further necessary action accordingly. 7.
