Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub – rule (2) read with sub-rule (22) of rule – 20 the APCS(CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri K. Sahadeva Reddy (Retd.) Commissioner of Inquiries, GA Department, as Inquiring authority in place of Sri Jitendra, IPS, COI to inquire into the charges framed against the said officers in para 1 above.
