Read :- From the VC&MD, APSIDC, Hyderabad Letter No.IDC/ MD/ Tech/AE.9/DEE1/ Edara Gravity Scheme (SCP)2011- 2012/4637, dated:06.02.2012. <<<>>> O R D E R:- In the reference read above, the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the Edara Gravity Scheme on Mylavaram Branch Canal in Agiripalli (M) of Krishna District requires renovation, further the Edara Gravity scheme was commissioned in the year October 1992 and as on today the scheme has completed more than 7 years from the date of commissioning the scheme and the beneficiary committee of the said L.I. Scheme is willing to contribute the higher of the 10% of the cost of present proposal or 50% of the Corpus Fund. 2) The VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad while enclosing the estimates has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for an amount of Rs.3.49 lakhs for renovation of Edara Gravity Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District, to stabilize an ayacut of 100 acres under State Plan funds allotted to the APSIDC for the year 2011-12 under Head of Account 4702-MH-101- GH(11)-SH(50) SCP for SCs-530-531. 3) Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative approval to the VC & MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for an amount of (PTO)::2:: Rs.3.49 lakhs (Rupees Three lakhs and Forty Nine thousands only) for renovation of Edara Gravity Scheme (SCP) in Krishna District. An amount of Rs.3.15 lakhs (Rupees Three lakhs and Fifteen thousands only) shall be debited State Plan funds allotted to the APSIDC for the year 2011-2012, under Head of Account of “4702-MH-101-GH-11-SH(50) SCP for SCs-530- 531”. The remaining amount of Rs. 0.34 lakhs i.e. 10% beneficiary contribution shall be collected from the beneficiary committee of Edara Gravity Scheme. 4) The VC &MD, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.Note.No.7347/287/A1/Expr.PW/2012, dated 28.3.2012.
