And whereas in the reference 4th read above, the GA(COI-R) Department has informed that the case was reassign to Sri K. Sahadeva Reddy(Retd.), Commissioner of Inquiries GA Dept. in place of Sri Jitender, IPS as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers. 4. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub – rule (2) read with sub-rule (22) of rule – 20 the APCS(CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri K. Sahadeva Reddy (Retd.),Commissioner of Inquiries, GA Department, as Inquiring authority in place of Sri jitender, IPS, COI to inquire into the charges framed against the said officers in para 1 above.
