ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references 1st to 5th read above , and
as requested by the Social Welfare Department, the Nodal Department, in the
reference 6th read above, Government hereby issue a Budget Release Order to the
Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and Senior Citizen Welfare for an amount of
Rs.99,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Nine Lakhs Only) released towards Reimbursement
of Tuition Fee to Disabled Students for Academic year 2011-2012 from plan funds of
B.E 2011-12 under the following head of account as detailed below:
