Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Lr. No. DCE II/OT1/SO4/Talla Cheroo/Cheriyal/WGL/262/2012, dated 14.2.2012. <<00>> ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted an estimate for the work FDR 2010 – Permanent repairs to Talla Cheroo, Mustyala Village, Cheriyal Mandal, Warangal District stating that the above tank is having settled ayacut of 103.78 acres. During July/August 2010, the tank was breached and restored temporarily by laying ring bund. Now it is proposed to take up permanent repairs to bund and weir for smooth functioning of the tank. Further he has stated that an amount of Rs. 13,902/- is proposed for the component of jungle clearance to take up it under MGNREGP. Hence, he has requested to accord administrative approval for Rs. 20.70 lakhs under Normal State Plan Funds. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs. 20.70 lakhs (Rupees twenty lakhs and seventy thousand only) for the work FDR 2010 – Permanent repairs to Talla Cheroo, Mustyala Village, Cheriyal Mandal, Warngal District” subject to condition that there shall be no deviation in work necessitating Revised Administrative Sanction, as it is stated that the detailed investigation is completed and designs are ready. 3. Out of the amount sanctioned at para 2 above, an amount of Rs. 20,56,098/- shall be debited to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I MH – 101 S.W - GH – 11 Normal State Plan - SH (16) Immediate Restoration of MI Sources and FDR Temporarily Restoration works - 530 Major Works - 531 Other Expenditure”. 4. The Rural Development Department have agreed to include the component of jungle clearance under Shelf of Project for taking it under MGNREGP. Hence, the remaining amount of Rs. 13,902/- for the component of jungle clearance shall be proposed under MGNREGP funds duly including it under Shelf of Project in consultation with Rural Development Department. 5. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. p.t.o.2 -2- 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW) Department Vide their U.O.
