From the Director, GWD, Lr.No.11064/EI(1)/2011, dt. 10.2.2012. <><><> ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Director, Ground Water Department, Hyderabad in the references 4th and 6th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter and as per the Rule 16 ( C ) (ii) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 read with Rule 8 of AP Ground Water Department Special Rules issued in the G.O. 1st read above, Sri.B.M.Murali Krishna Rao, Director, Ground Water Department has been placed on probation in the category of Director, with effect from 28.10.2010 F.N for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years in the category of Director, due to invoking Rule 10 (a) of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, and as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above, 2. As per Rule 18 (a) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules,1996 read with Rule 8 of AP Ground Water Department Special Rules, issued in G.O. 1st read above, Government hereby declare the probation of Sri.B.M.Murali Krishna Rao, in the cadre of Director with effect from 27.10.2011 A.N as he has satisfactorily completed the prescribed period of probation of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years w.e.f 28.10.2010 F.N in the category of Director, Ground Water Department. 3.
