O R D E R:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry, permission is
hereby accorded to Dr. M.V.Reddy, Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad to attend
the National workshop on “New Initiatives on Milk and Meat Production by conservation and
propagation of the Indigenous Breeds of Animals” to be held on 23.01.2012 at Mascot Hotel,
Thiruvananthapuram and also to undertake to and fro journey by Air under Rule 47 (3) of APTA
Rules.
2. The tour of the Officer to Thiruvananthapuram including to and fro journey shall be
treated as on duty under F.R. 9(6)(b)(1).
3. The T.A. & D.A. will be met from the same head of account under which the Pay and
Allowances of the individual are drawn normally.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
force.
