Housing Department – Office Maintenance – Telephones of BSNL – Payment of
Rs.341/- towards Rental (safecustody) charges of Telephone No.23546253 (ISDN) used
at the residence of former Principal Secretary to Govt., now Spl.Chief Secretary to
Government (Retd) from 01.12.11 to 31.01.2012 ( Two months ) – Sanction - Orders –
issued.

2.Telephone bill on telephone No.23546253(ISDN) being used at R/o. former
Prl.Secy to Govt., now Spl.Chief Secy to Govt(Retd).

Sanction is accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.341/- (Rupees Three
Hundred and Fourty One only) to M/s. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Hyderabad towards
the Rental / safecustody charges on Government Telephone No.23546253(ISDN) used
at the residence of former Prl.Secretary to Govt., now Special Chief Secretary to
Government (Retd) for the months of December, 2011 and January, 2012 ( Two
Months).
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to the head of
account, “2251 Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – (12) Department of
Housing Department – 130 Office Expenses – 131 Utility Payments”.
3. The Housing (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the above
amount to A.O. (Cash), BSNL., PGMTD, Hyderabad through bank A/c No. CBCA
01000076, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar Bazar, Hyderabad IFSC CODE: CORP0000043,
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules
in force on the subject.
