LABOUR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND FACTORIES (OP) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.411 Dated:31.03.2012 Read:- G.O.Rt.No.1260, Finance (A&L) Department, Dt.29.03.2012. * * * ORDER:- According to the orders issued in the G.O. read above, the Finance (A&L) Department have allotted following funds to Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department under 4th quarter for the year 2011-2012 towards Marriage Advance to the Secretariat / Heads of Departments / Regional and District Offices:- Sl Subject Secretariat / Regional/ No. HOD District Officers. 1. 4th Quarter for the year 1,00,000/- 2,50,000/- 2011- 2012 Total Rs. 1,00,000/- 2,50,000/- 2. The above said amount allotted by the Finance Department is re-allocated to the Departments (HOD’s / Regl/ Dist. Offices) as detailed below:- Sl. While sanctioning the loans for Marriage Advance purpose, the Labour Employment Training and Factories Department/Heads of Department / Regional Offices shall keep in view the orders issued through the reference cited and also the following principles. i) Budget released should be utilized by following strictly the quarterly regulations; ii) The Head of the Departments should not utilize the amount allotted to the employees of Regional / District Offices for sanctioning of Advance to their respective Employees. iii) Special Care should be taken to scrutinize the case for sanction of Marriage Advance to the employees to ensure that they do not draw advance by producing false particulars of daughters and sons. Contd…2..// 2 // iv) The sanctioning authority shall ensure that prompt action is taken against the defaulters who misuse the amount and against those who fail to complete the formalities in time, according to the rules. 4. The expenditure on account of sanction of Marriage Advance shall be debited to “7610 – Loans to Government Servants etc., MH 800 – Other Advances – SH (05) Marriage Advances, 001-Marriage Advances. 5.
