From M/s Raghavendra Newspaper Agencies, Hyderabad Credit bill No.104, Dated: 01.02.2012 for Rs.595/- **** O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.595/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety Only) to M/s. Raghavendra Newspaper Agencies, Hyderabad towards the cost of Newspapers supplied to the O/o. Principal Secretary to Government for the month of January, 2012 in Housing Department ,AP Secretariat. 2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to the head of account “2251 Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – (12) Department of Housing – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Housing (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the above amount to M/s. Raghavendra Newspaper Agencies, Hyderabad through bank A/c.No. 30041210000271, Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh Branch, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
