Application from Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, dated:18-2-2012. ***** ORDER: Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, Planning Department retired from Government service on 31-03-2012 and she was relieved of her duties on Afternoon of 31-02-2012 vide reference 3rd read above. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the Government orders 1st and 2nd read above, Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate (Retired) while in service has contributed towards A.P.State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme at the rate of Rs.10/- p.m. commencing from July, 1984 to October, 1984 ( 4 months). The total contribution with interest thereon under Family Benefit Fund Scheme made by the individual from July 1984 to October 1984 is Rs.781/- (Rs.40/- (Principal) + Rs.741/- (interest) thereon. 3. Consequent on her retirement, after careful examination, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.781/- (Rupees Seven hundred and Eighty one only) towards the A.P.State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme Principal amount together with interest accrued thereon to Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, Planning Department. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the head of account “8011 – Insurance and Pension Fund – 106 – Other insurance and Pension Fund – SH (05) – A.P State Employees Family Benefit Fund – 001 – Payment at the time of retirement”. 5. It is certified that Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate (Retired) was not on E.O.L. during the above period. Necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the individual. 6. The Planning (Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the Family Benefit Fund amount to the individual. P.T.O: : 2 :: 7. In future, if it is found that any excess amount was paid, the same will be deducted from her pensionery benefits without any notice. 8. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under rules in force.
