Application from Smt Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, Planning Department dt.18-2-2012. @ @ @ ORDER: In the application 5th read above, Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate Planning Department who retired on 31.03.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation has requested the Government to permit her to surrender the Earned Leave and Leave on Half Pay accumulated at her credit as on date of her retirement for encashment. 2. As per the Service Register of the individual she is having 51 days (Fifty one day only) of Earned Leave and 112 days (One hundred and twelve days only) of Half Pay Leave at her credit as on the date of retirement i.e. 31-03-2012. 3. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.Os.1st to 3rd cited, Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate (Retired) is permitted to surrender the balance of Earned Leave i.e. 51 days and 112 days of Half Pay Leave at the credit of as on the date of her retirement i.e.31-03-2012 A.N. for encashment. 4. Certified that the Earned Leave and Leave on Half Pay has been calculated upto 31-03-2012 A.N. only and the leave account is closed. Necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the individual. 5. Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, Planning Department is informed that the excess amount if any paid and noticed at a later date she is liable to refund the same in lumpsum. 6. The Planning (Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Smt.Yadamma, Office Subordinate, Planning Department. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Pensions) Department as per the orders in force.
