In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 09/03/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 12 of 2009 held in between
K. Shankariah, S/o K. Ramaiah, Occ:Machine Operator, M/s Fenner
