In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 09/03/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 32 of 2010 held in between
A. Krishna, S/o A. Swamy and the Inventaa Chemicals Limited, (Premier
Mushroom Farms), Represented by its Vice President (OP), Kallakal
