No.2330/CDS/ 12, Dated.06-01-2012 from the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad * * * ORDER: In the reference first to third read above, the Commissioner of Fisheries has furnished the medical bills of Dr Manmohan Singh, IAS, the then Commissioner of Fisheries, along with the Essentiality Certificate for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.6332 /- towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his treartment for Diabeties and his wife for HTN, Hypothyrroidism & Arthrities at Govt. Civil Dispansary , A.P.Secretariat and for treatment of his Son for Cerebral palsy at National Institute for the mentally Handicapped. In the reference third read above, the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad has allowed an amount of Rs.6,332/- in terms of AIS (MA) Rules 1954. APIMA rules 1972/ G.O. Ms No. 107 dated 14-07-2006. 2) Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.6,332-00 (Rupees six thousand three hundred and thirty two only) to Dr. Manmohan Singh , IAS. towards the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his treartment for Diabeties and his wife for HTN, Hypothyrroidism & Arthrities at Govt. Civil Dispansary , A.P.Secretariat and for treatment of his Son for Cerebral palsy at National Institute for the mentally Handicapped in terms of the orders issued in G.O.MS NO.447 G.A (SC.X) Department.
