Division, Warangal District in his representation 1st read above, requested the Government to transfer him to AMR SLBC P Division No.6, G.V. Gudem, Nalgonda, on humanitarian grounds as his old aged parents are residing at Nalgonda and he has to look after the welfare of his parents and his family. He therefore requested to transfer him to AMR SLBC Division No.6, G.V. Gudem, Nalgonda. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has stated that Sri G. Dev Singh appointed by transfer as DAO (W) Grade II during 05/2011 and joined on 06.06.2011since then he is working in the said Division. This is his first posting. It is also stated that the post of DAO (W) in AMR SLBC P Division No-6, G.V.Gudem, Nalgonda is vacant and it is a Grade- II Division. He is native of Nalgonda District. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri G. Dev Singh, DAO (W) Gr.II, P.R.I. Division, Warangal to AMR SLBC P Division No.6, G.V. Gudem, Nalgonda, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, General Administration (Services. A) Department, dated: 21-02-1990, to post a Gazetted Officers in his native District, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
